Locomotion

Locomotion disorders in companion animals are of two main kinds: arthritis (in dogs, in particular) and lameness in horses.

Dogs and cats

Ceva Santé Animale has developed a range of specific solutions using recognized molecules to relieve both acute and chronic pain.

VETERGESIC is an injectable solution for dogs and cats. It is a powerful, long-acting analgesic that acts on morphine receptors within the central nervous system. Frequently used by vets in anesthetic and analgesic protocols for surgical operations, VETERGESIC is highly effective in reducing pain.

Carprofen is a non-steroid anti-inflammatory with analgesic (pain-relieving) and antipyretic (fever-reducing) characteristics. Carprofen inhibits acute and chronic inflammatory reactions and is used in secondary treatment of joint inflammation.

Meloxicam is used to treat pain and inflammation. It is employed in short-term treatments of inflammatory disorders and osteoarthritis, and for long-term treatments of chronic joint inflammation problems. As an oral suspension, MELOXIDYL is very practical for administering to dogs and cats with chronic muscular-skeletal problems such as osteoarthritis. In injectable form, MELOXIDYL is used by vets to reduce post-operative pain in dogs and cats.

• FLEXIVET Start (chondroitin - glucosamine) - FLEXIVET Go (glucosamine)

FLEXIVET Start combines two chondro-protectors, chondroitin and glucosamine. Marine chondroitin guarantees a majority of active isomers and offers risk-free use. One month’s administration of FLEXIVET Start limits deterioration of the cartilage and encourages macro-molecular synthesis of joint cartilage in the animals.

Administration of FLEXIVET Start (initial treatment) for one month should be followed by administration of FLEXIVET Go (maintenance - glucosamine alone) for at least two months.

Lameness is one of the major pathologies in horses and one of the main reasons for visits to equine vets.

All categories of horses are concerned, from those used for leisure activities through to racehorses.

Locomotion pathologies often cause intense pain leading to clear-cut lameness.

However, depending on the location of lesions and intensity of the pain, such disorders may have less marked clinical manifestations, generating symptoms that are highly variable in their intensity.

Discomfort, manifested by an irregular or asymmetrical gait, may handicap racehorses or competition horses: this type of atypical lameness can lead to a drop in the performance of these athletes.

The origins of lameness may vary, but treatment often boils down to symptomatic anti-inflammatory injections.

As early as 2001, Ceva Santé Animale produced a molecule to treat the cause of bone-related lameness: injectable tiludronate (TILDREN®)

Irrespective of the age of the horse, the bone tissue of the skeleton is constantly being renewed. These continual changes to bone tissue are a normal process: they allow the skeleton to adapt to specific mechanical constraints, for example those related to the horse’s sport.

Sometimes bone renewal goes into overdrive. Because of the intense work by the horse or excessive mechanical stress on a bone or a joint, bone areas that are "working too hard" will be rearranged even more extensively. These excessive rearrangements of the bone tissue are to be found in a large number of locomotion disorders that horses suffer from, in particular in most degenerative bone and joint disorders. Additionally, it is precisely this bone rearrangement which causes the pain responsible for the lameness.

A large proportion of locomotion disorders in horses are thus caused by variations in bone structure, generally visible on X-rays.

Tiludronate demonstrates positive effects on mineralisation and increases bone density. TILDREN® acts on the ongoing bone remodelling processes and is used to treat bone diseases such as spavin or navicular syndrome that generate very serious lameness in horses for competition and leisure.

12.11.1999. Strategijom prometnog razvitka Republike Hrvatske definirana je u 1.skupinu prioriteta izgradnje brzih cesta.Do danas nije izgrađen niti kilometar.

Građevinsko-tehnička studija Podravske brze ceste, sektor: Virovitica-Osijek-Ilok i priključnog pravca Osijek/Vukovar-Vinkovci-Županja radi INSTITUT GRAĐEVINARSTVA HRVATSKE (IGH),Poslovni centar Osijek.

Studiju Podravska brza cesta Granica Rep. Slovenije – Virovitica (2003.),te studiju Varaždin – Osijek – Ilok (Podravska magistrala-obnova) radila je zagrebačka tvrtka IPZ.

02. kolovoza 2005. ,Kalinovac

Koridor prolaska brze ceste u varijanti Općine Kalinovac i države

Naime, VARIJANTA 2 prolazi kroz vrijedno poljoprivredno zemljište i raspolavlja Općinu na dva dijela pri čemu je naselje Kalinovac "amputirano" od poljoprivrednih površina njegovih stanovnika.

VARIJANTA 3 prolazi polovinom šumskog sklopa Kupinje-Crni jarci te Šumskim rezervatom "Crni jarci" i neposrednom blizinom odjela 93a koji je trajna ekološka ploha br. 24 u okviru MAB programa, osnovana 1980. godine sa svrhom multidisciplinarnih istraživanja promjena u ekosustavu šuma crne johe i u njemu nisu dozvoljene nikakve čovjekove intervencije.

Općenito, Crni jarci su šumska zajednica reliktnog značaja prirodoznanstveno vrijedna u europskim razmjerima.

VARIJANTA 4 je modificirana Varijanta 3 koja ništa bitno ne mijenja u odnosu na Varijantu 3, stoga je također neprihvatljiva.

Sumarno, na 4. sjednici Općinskog vijeća Općine Kalinovac održanoj 02. kolovoza 2005., utvrđena je modificirana trasa koridora VARIJANTE 2 Podravske brze ceste (u grafičkom prilogu označena kao - "Kalinovačka varijanta"), koja će biti predviđena i nacrtom prijedloga Prostornog plana uređenja Općine Kalinovac.

Utvrđena Kalinovačka varijanta, po načelu subsidijarnosti - prilagođena je "mjerilu" Prostornog plana uređenja Općine, te barem djelomično, anulira nedostatke, Građevinsko-tehničkom studijom predviđene - Varijante 2.

"Kalinovačka varijanta" na sjeveru, prolazi ispod predviđene sjeverne gospodarske zone, prati s južne strane vodotok kroz Drvoseke i vodotok Vinklerovac do Čivićevca, zatim prolazi paralelno s cestom kroz Crne jarke, te se na jugu spaja s Varijantom 2.

- Sažetak za javni uvid -

Javni uvid u Studiju se obavio u razdoblju od 19. svibnja do 02. lipnja 2006. godine svakog radnog dana u vremenu od 8 do 14 sati u prostorijama Virovitičko – podravske županije, Trg Ljudevita Patačića 1, Virovitica i u prostorijama grada Slatine, Trg Svetog Josipa 10, Slatina.

Javna rasprava održala se 25. svibnja 2006. godine u prostorijama Virovitičko – podravske županije, Trg Ljudevita Patačića 1, Virovitica od 11 do 13 sati, te u gradu Slatini (Velika sala Hrvatskog doma), Ulica Braće Radića 4, Slatina od 15 do 17 sati.

Zagreb, tajnik Trasa državne ceste D-2 ima veliki prometni značaj za povezivanje sjevernog dijela kontinentalne Hrvatske, no kako se nije poklopio s planiranim europskim koridorima,

podravski je koridor neopravdano zapostavljen.

Brza "Podravska magistrala"

Natječaj za izvođače radova je raspisan i čini se da ovaj prometni projekt u "deželi" više neće biti prolongiran u nedogled. Ta činjenica sama po sebi aktualizira i pitanje izgradnje tzv. Podravske brze ceste u Hrvatskoj ili spajanje prometnog koridora od Maribora do Osijeka o čijem su značaju već puno govorili najviši hrvatski državni dužnosnici prošlih godina.

Možda je sada napokon vrijeme, kad već to nije učinjeno ranije, da saborski zastupnici iz županija na čijim područjima teče rijeka Drava zajednički iniciraju projekt izgradnje ove važne prometnice u sklopu državnog programa obnove cesta. To više jer sjever Hrvatske nikako ne smije biti zapostavljen u državnom razvoju cestogradnje.

Uz to već je prije nekoliko godina aktualizirano pitanje izgradnje brze podravske ceste kroz Varaždinsku županiju čija bi se dionica od Ormoža do jugozapadne obilaznice grada Varaždina u dužini od dvadesetak kilometara zapravo mogla izgraditi po već poznatoj i najekonomičnijoj trasi uz dravski kanal. Koliko bi se time rasteretio promet kroz gusto naseljena mjesta Petrijanec, Sračinec i druga, ne treba posebno isticati. Uz to, izgradnja podravske brze ceste sigurno bi doprinijela i boljem valoriziranju graničnog prijelaza Virje Otok - Ormož gdje će zapravo i biti spoj novih cesta sa slovenske i hrvatske strane.

CESTEM Tabletten mit Geschmack für mittelgroße und kleine Hunde

Febantel 150 mg

Pyrantel (als Pyrantelembonat) 50 mg

Praziquantel 50 mg

Hund (erwachsene Tiere und Welpen)

Behandlung von Mischinfektionen mit folgenden Rundwürmern und adulten Bandwürmern:

Spulwürmer: Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina (adulte und späte larvale Entwicklungsstadien)

Hakenwürmer: Uncinaria stenocephala, Ancylostoma caninum (adulte Würmer)

Peitschenwürmer: Trichuris vulpis (adulte Würmer)

Echinococcus spp., Taenia spp., Dipylidium caninum (adulte Würmer und Entwicklungsstadien)

Nicht anwenden in Fällen mit bekannter Überempfindlichkeit gegenüber den Wirkstoffen oder sonstigen Bestandteilen.

Nach häufiger wiederholter Anwendung von Wirkstoffen einer Substanzklasse von Anthelminthika kann sich

eine Resistenz gegenüber der gesamten Substanzklasse entwickeln.

Flöhe fungieren als Zwischenwirt für den häufig vorkommenden Bandwurm – Dipylidium caninum. Deshalb

kann ein Bandwurmbefall erneut auftreten, wenn keine Bekämpfung der Zwischenwirte (z.B. Flöhe, Mäuse)

Besondere Vorsichtsmaßnahmen für die Anwendung bei Tieren:

Nicht bei Welpen unter 3 kg Körpergewicht anwenden.

Nach der Anwendung Hände waschen.

Bei versehentlicher Einnahme ist unverzüglich ein Arzt aufzusuchen und die Packungsbeilage oder das Etikett

Das Tierarzneimittel enthält Praziquantel und ist wirksam gegen Echinococcus spp., die nicht in allen EUMitgliedsstaaten

vorkommen, deren Verbreitung aber in einigen Ländern zunimmt. Die Echinokokkose stellt

eine Gefahr für den Menschen dar. Da die Echinokokkose eine an die Weltorganisation für Tiergesundheit

(OIE) meldepflichtige Krankheit ist, sind hinsichtlich der Behandlung, der erforderlichen Nachkontrollen und

des Personenschutzes besondere Richtlinien der zuständigen Behörden einzuhalten.

In sehr seltenen Fällen (weniger als 1 von 10.000) kann Erbrechen auftreten.

Nicht anwenden bei Hündinnen in den ersten 4 Wochen der Trächtigkeit.

Das Tierarzneimittel kann während der Laktation angewendet werden (siehe Abschnitt 4.9)

Nicht gleichzeitig mit Piperazin anwenden, da sich die anthelminthischen Wirkungen von Pyrantel und

Piperazin antagonisieren können.

Plasmakonzentrationen von Praziquantel können durch die gleichzeitige Anwendung von Arzneimitteln, die

die Aktivität von P-450 Enzymen erhöhen (z. B. Dexamethason, Phenobarbital) herabgesetzt werden. Die

gleichzeitige Anwendung mit Cholinergika kann zu erhöhter Toxizität führen.

15 mg Febantel/ kg Körpergewicht (KGW), 5 mg Pyrantel (als Embonat)/ kg KGW und 5 mg Praziquantel/ kg

KGW. Dies entspricht 1 Tablette pro 10 kg KGW als Einzelgabe.

Um die richtige Dosierung ermitteln zu können, sollte das Körpergewicht so genau wie möglich bestimmt

Behandlungsempfehlungen sollten durch den Tierarzt vorgenommen werden.

Grundsätzlich sollten Welpen zwischen der 2. und 12. Lebenswoche im Abstand von 2 Wochen behandelt

werden. Anschließend sollten sie im Abstand von 3 Monaten behandelt werden. Es wird empfohlen, die

Hündin gleichzeitig mit den Welpen zu behandeln.

Zur Kontrolle von Toxocara canis sollten säugende Hündinnen von der 2. Lebenswoche an im Abstand von

2 Wochen bis zum Absetzen behandelt werden.

Zur Routineentwurmung erwachsener Tiere sollten Hunde alle 3 Monate behandelt werden.

Im Falle einer bestätigten Einzelinfektion mit Band- oder Rundwürmern sollte ein entsprechendes Monoprä-

parat zur alleinigen Behandlung gegen Bandwürmer oder gegen Rundwürmer angewendet werden.

Zur Routineentwurmung wird eine Einzelbehandlung empfohlen. Im Falle eines starken Rundwurmbefalls

sollte eine Wiederholungsbehandlung nach 14 Tagen erfolgen.

Im Falle eines Echinococcose-Befalls (E. granulosus) wird aus Sicherheitsgründen eine Wiederholungsbehandlung

In Verträglichkeitsstudien wurde nach einmaliger 5-facher (4-facher bei sehr jungen Welpen) oder höherer

Überdosierung gelegentliches Erbrechen beobachtet.

Pharmakotherapeutische Gruppe: Anthelminthika.

In dieser fixen Kombination wirken Pyrantel und Febantel gegen alle beim Hund relevanten Rundwürmer

(Spul-, Haken- und Peitschenwürmer). Im Besonderen umfasst das Wirkungsspektrum: Toxocara canis, Toxascaris

leonina, Uncinaria stenocephala, Ancylostoma caninum und Trichuris vulpis. Diese Wirkstoffkombination

zeigt eine synergistische Wirkung gegen Hakenwürmer. Febantel ist wirksam gegenüber T. vulpis.

Das Wirkungsspektrum von Praziquantel umfasst alle bedeutsamen Bandwurmarten in Hunden, im Besonderen

Taenia spp., Dipylidium caninum, Echinococcus granulosus und Echinococcus multilocularis. Praziquantel

wirkt gegen alle adulten und juvenilen Stadien dieser Parasiten.

Praziquantel wird vom Parasiten schnell über dessen Oberfläche resorbiert und im Organismus verteilt. Invitro

und in-vivo Studien zeigen, dass Praziquantel starke Schädigungen des Parasiten-Integument hervorruft,

was zu einer Kontraktion und Lähmung des Parasiten führt. Es kommt zu einer schnellen krampfartigen

Versteifung der Parasiten-Muskulatur und einer schnellen Vakuolisierung des Synzytiums. Diese schnellen

Kontraktionen werden mit Änderungen des divalenten Kationenflusses erklärt, insbesondere von Kalzium.

Pyrantel ist ein cholinerger Agonist. Es entfaltet seine Wirkung über eine Aktivierung der nikotinartigen cholinergen

Rezeptoren des Parasiten, induziert eine spastische Paralyse der Nematoden und erlaubt hierdurch

eine Elimination der Parasiten über die Darmperistaltik.

Im Säugetierorganismus entsteht aus Febantel durch Ringschluss Fenbendazol und Oxfendazol. Diese

Substanzen entfalten ihre anthelminthische Wirkung über eine Verhinderung der Polymerisation von Tubulin.

Dadurch wird die Bildung von Mikrotubuli verhindert, was zu einer Ruptur lebenswichtiger Strukturen in den

Helminthen führt. Insbesondere wird die Glucose-Aufnahme beeinflusst und es entsteht ein intrazellulärer

ATP Mangel. Durch diesen Energiemangel stirbt der Parasit innerhalb von 2-3 Tagen ab.

Praziquantel wird nach oraler Verabreichung bei Hunden nahezu vollständig und schnell aus dem MagenDarmtrakt

resorbiert. Die maximale Plasmakonzentration von 752 µg/l wird nach weniger als 2 Stunden erreicht.

Es wird schnell und nahezu vollständig in der Leber zu hydroxylierten Derivaten der Muttersubstanz

metabolisiert und anschließend schnell, hauptsächlich über den Urin, ausgeschieden.

Febantel wird nach oraler Verabreichung bei Hunden relativ gut aus dem Magen-Darmtrakt resorbiert. Febantel

wird in der Leber schnell zu Fenbendazol und seinen hydroxylierten und oxidierten Derivaten wie

Oxfendazol metabolisiert. Die maximale Plasmakonzentration von Oxfendazol (147 µg/l) wird nach ungefähr

7 Stunden erreicht. Die Ausscheidung erfolgt hauptsächlich über die Fäzes.

Pyrantelembonat wird nach oraler Verabreichung bei Hunden kaum resorbiert. Maximale Plasmakonzentrationen

von 79 µg/l werden nach ca. 2 Stunden erreicht. Es wird schnell und nahezu vollständig in der Leber

metabolisiert und schnell, hauptsächlich über die Fäzes (in unveränderter Form) und den Urin (Metabolite),

Natriumdodecylsulfat, Croscarmellose-Natrium, Povidon K30, Schweineleber-Aroma, Hefe, Hochdisperses

Siliciumdioxid, Mikrokristalline Cellulose, Magnesiumstearat, Maisstärke

Haltbarkeit des Tierarzneimittels im unversehrten Behältnis: 3 Jahre

Haltbarkeit nach erstmaligem Öffnen des Blisters: 7 Tage

Für dieses Tierarzneimittel sind keine besonderen Lagerungsbedingungen erforderlich.

Halbierte Tabletten zurück in den Blister legen und innerhalb von 7 Tagen aufbrauchen.

dužina: 325 kilometara

12.11.1999. Strategijom prometnog razvitka Republike Hrvatske definirana je u 1.skupinu prioriteta izgradnje brzih cesta.Do danas nije izgrađen niti kilometar.

Građevinsko-tehnička studija Podravske brze ceste, sektor: Virovitica-Osijek-Ilok i priključnog pravca Osijek/Vukovar-Vinkovci-Županja radi INSTITUT GRAĐEVINARSTVA HRVATSKE (IGH),Poslovni centar Osijek.

Studiju Podravska brza cesta Granica Rep. Slovenije – Virovitica (2003.),te studiju Varaždin – Osijek – Ilok (Podravska magistrala-obnova) radila je zagrebačka tvrtka IPZ.

02. kolovoza 2005. ,Kalinovac

Koridor prolaska brze ceste u varijanti Općine Kalinovac i države

Naime, VARIJANTA 2 prolazi kroz vrijedno poljoprivredno zemljište i raspolavlja Općinu na dva dijela pri čemu je naselje Kalinovac "amputirano" od poljoprivrednih površina njegovih stanovnika.

VARIJANTA 3 prolazi polovinom šumskog sklopa Kupinje-Crni jarci te Šumskim rezervatom "Crni jarci" i neposrednom blizinom odjela 93a koji je trajna ekološka ploha br. 24 u okviru MAB programa, osnovana 1980. godine sa svrhom multidisciplinarnih istraživanja promjena u ekosustavu šuma crne johe i u njemu nisu dozvoljene nikakve čovjekove intervencije.

Općenito, Crni jarci su šumska zajednica reliktnog značaja prirodoznanstveno vrijedna u europskim razmjerima.

VARIJANTA 4 je modificirana Varijanta 3 koja ništa bitno ne mijenja u odnosu na Varijantu 3, stoga je također neprihvatljiva.

Sumarno, na 4. sjednici Općinskog vijeća Općine Kalinovac održanoj 02. kolovoza 2005., utvrđena je modificirana trasa koridora VARIJANTE 2 Podravske brze ceste (u grafičkom prilogu označena kao - "Kalinovačka varijanta"), koja će biti predviđena i nacrtom prijedloga Prostornog plana uređenja Općine Kalinovac.

Utvrđena Kalinovačka varijanta, po načelu subsidijarnosti - prilagođena je "mjerilu" Prostornog plana uređenja Općine, te barem djelomično, anulira nedostatke, Građevinsko-tehničkom studijom predviđene - Varijante 2.

"Kalinovačka varijanta" na sjeveru, prolazi ispod predviđene sjeverne gospodarske zone, prati s južne strane vodotok kroz Drvoseke i vodotok Vinklerovac do Čivićevca, zatim prolazi paralelno s cestom kroz Crne jarke, te se na jugu spaja s Varijantom 2.

- Sažetak za javni uvid -

Javni uvid u Studiju se obavio u razdoblju od 19. svibnja do 02. lipnja 2006. godine svakog radnog dana u vremenu od 8 do 14 sati u prostorijama Virovitičko – podravske županije, Trg Ljudevita Patačića 1, Virovitica i u prostorijama grada Slatine, Trg Svetog Josipa 10, Slatina.

Javna rasprava održala se 25. svibnja 2006. godine u prostorijama Virovitičko – podravske županije, Trg Ljudevita Patačića 1, Virovitica od 11 do 13 sati, te u gradu Slatini (Velika sala Hrvatskog doma), Ulica Braće Radića 4, Slatina od 15 do 17 sati.

Trasa državne ceste D-2 ima veliki prometni značaj za povezivanje sjevernog dijela kontinentalne Hrvatske, no kako se nije poklopio s planiranim europskim koridorima,

podravski je koridor neopravdano zapostavljen.

Brza "Podravska magistrala"

Natječaj za izvođače radova je raspisan i čini se da ovaj prometni projekt u "deželi" više neće biti prolongiran u nedogled. Ta činjenica sama po sebi aktualizira i pitanje izgradnje tzv. Podravske brze ceste u Hrvatskoj ili spajanje prometnog koridora od Maribora do Osijeka o čijem su značaju već puno govorili najviši hrvatski državni dužnosnici prošlih godina.

Možda je sada napokon vrijeme, kad već to nije učinjeno ranije, da saborski zastupnici iz županija na čijim područjima teče rijeka Drava zajednički iniciraju projekt izgradnje ove važne prometnice u sklopu državnog programa obnove cesta. To više jer sjever Hrvatske nikako ne smije biti zapostavljen u državnom razvoju cestogradnje.

Uz to već je prije nekoliko godina aktualizirano pitanje izgradnje brze podravske ceste kroz Varaždinsku županiju čija bi se dionica od Ormoža do jugozapadne obilaznice grada Varaždina u dužini od dvadesetak kilometara zapravo mogla izgraditi po već poznatoj i najekonomičnijoj trasi uz dravski kanal. Koliko bi se time rasteretio promet kroz gusto naseljena mjesta Petrijanec, Sračinec i druga, ne treba posebno isticati. Uz to, izgradnja podravske brze ceste sigurno bi doprinijela i boljem valoriziranju graničnog prijelaza Virje Otok - Ormož gdje će zapravo i biti spoj novih cesta sa slovenske i hrvatske strane.
